- Red Onion Creative will invoice AFL Barwon on a weekly basis for all filming projects.
- Payment is to be made within 7 days from the date of the invoice for all products within this contract.
- Red Onion Creative logo to be used on all vision and vision-related social media posts.
- Recognition as the exclusive filming partner of AFL Barwon Leagues.
- Red Vision portal remains the property of Red Onion Creative.
- Red Onion Creative P/L to transfer Copyright ownership of Matchday Vision to AFL Barwon. AFL Barwon to assume all responsibility and obligations of said ownership and indemnify Red Onion Creative P/L from all and any liabilities after the transfer.
All other Intellectual Property relating to Services supplied to AFL Barwon remain the property of Red Onion Creative P/L.
Note these clauses relate only to AFL Barwon GFL and AFL Barwon Bellarine.
- If the footage is required for use that is not outlined in this contract, permission must be obtained from Red Onion Creative.
- All footage requests by the Media will need the permission of both Red Onion Creative and the league involved before being released.
- Red Onion Creative retains the right of last refusal for the contracted properties outlined in this agreement upon its conclusion.*
- Red Onion Creative cannot be held accountable for an event not being broadcast live due to poor data coverage.
- Filming locations to be approved by the league prior to the season, Red Onion Creative don't accept any responsibility for a location change resulting in an unsatisfactory vision.
- Red Onion Creative is to be included in discussions relating to statistics delivery or deadlines. Subject to this discussion Red Onion Creative reserves the right to implement a charge if additional staff are required to meet the deadline.
- Red Onion will help to coordinate with the league and clubs provision of weather protection for all streams. In the event cover cannot be provided, Red Onion reserves the right to discontinue the stream in accordance with OH & S guidelines. The stream will be charged as normal as all stream preparation, stream operator and equipment has been allocated to that game.
*A right of last refusal clause grants a party the final opportunity to match or accept an offer that another party has received, before it can be finalized with the third party. This clause is often included in contracts to give a specific party the "last look" at a deal, ensuring they have a chance to step in and take the opportunity on the same terms as the third party.
